Grandparents are Brett and Rosie Prochaska of Ada and Raymond and the late Betty Gayle Downs of Vermont.     Vlcek-Maier exchange vows Elizabeth Vlcek and Cameron Maier were united in married on November 28, 2009, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Russell. Celebrant was Rev. Roger Dennis. A reception, dinner and dance followed the ceremony at the Russell VFW Hall.
